The care that is provided in our home is set out in a child friendly programme that each young person will be inclusive in the planning. Providing a home that will meet the young person’s needs and ensure that their views and wishes are listened to and that they feel safe within.
Promoting strong educational support to allow the child or young person to learn in an environment that best suits their needs, and include activities that strengthen confidence in the growing of the child or young person. The care home staff provide a safe environment for all of the above to be undertaken while also giving each child or young person the tools to keep themselves safe now and in the future when they enter adulthood.
Our home has strong communication links with multi agencies that will allow each child to access these tools such as Barnados, NYAS, CAMHS, as well as promoting a healthy living programme and access to a GP, Dentist and Optician.
