The services Active Ark provide

Active Ark offers a comprehensive range of short term crisis intervention and long term planned residential opportunities for up to 10 young people from our accommodation in South West Scotland.

These include:

Intensive Support Programmes (28 days)
Extended programmes
Continued placement towards independence
Residential Outreach Programmes (7 to 21 days)

All Active Ark programmes are based on two staff with one young person for the first 28 days of placement.

Following this period this may be reduced to 1:1 if deemed appropriate through risk assessment.

At all times additional care staff is available if required and a 24 hour 'on call' management support system is in place.
