Referral Information
We have several small residential homes providing crisis, respite, short, medium or long term placements with utmost safety, stability and care for children and young people who have suffered trauma, violence, abuse or have experienced multiple placement breakdowns or disjointed care.
We have a professional flexible management team who are experienced in tailoring our service provision to meet the requirements of the placing authority and would be pleased to hear from you.
If you have any questions not covered elsewhere or if you have specific requirements or your enquiry is of an urgent nature please do not hesitate to call us on 01228 672244 which is manned 24 hours per day 7 days per week by an informed Duty Manager.
We appreciate your enquiry may be urgent and will endeavour to give you a speedy decision concerning availability and this service’s suitability to care for your young person by telephone immediately or within 30 minutes at most.
The following pages give a brief synopsis of our referral procedures, the services which are included in the fees and a Referral Form which can be downloaded or returned on line, then please call our Duty Manager to discuss the specific requirements of your case.
